Hello! I make a roast that is LOVED by my family. It calls for beef chuck roast, two packs is au jus, 2oz ranch seasoning, two sticks of butter and pepperonchini peppers . This isn’t a weekly staple in my house, but is something I’ll make as a Sunday meal one Sunday a month or so. I built the recipe in My Fitness Pal, but I feel the macros aren’t accurate. My question is this, while I used two sticks of butter and the seasoning it mixes into the juice the roasts bakes in, but we don’t use the juice once the meat is removed. Would you just track the meat only? I’m confused. Help!
