It’s so amazing to hear that Diet Doctor is changing lives all across the world! Just recently Enrico from Brazil sent us an email about the progress he has been able to make since March this year when he started the keto diet. Here’s what he had to say:
After a certain moment in my life I was always above my ideal weight. My weight increased after getting married and I reached 110 kg (243 lbs) at 178 cm (5’8″) in height (March 2019). My routine was always to go straight home after work, I stopped doing physical activities.
My foods were always high in carbohydrates and processed foods. I decided it was time for a change, my health checks were all changed.
Conventional diets never worked, I was always hungry!
I searched the internet until I found the ketogenic diet. I continued my searches to find a reliable site, found DietDoctor.com. Even though it is an English site, I do my translations using Google Translate.
My life has changed for the better, today I am 85 kg (187 lbs) (September 2019) and practicing street racing. My blood work is excellent!!
I follow Diet Doctor recipes and always read blogs and news!
Thanks for sharing your story, Enrico! Congrats on all your success. And a big thanks to google translator! Keep up the great work.
/ Dr. Bret Scher, MD
