Use real strength, relative strength, and viewed strength to call in your weightlifting.

Many books on weightlifting will have chapters on strength and its value. They explain 100% strength as being whatever weight one can just do one associate of within a particular workout. Then its strength is lower, if you can do more than one representative of the specific workout. Therefore, the more associates one can do, the lower the strength the weight will be.
